We would like to warmly welcome everyone to our Seminar about “The Art of Yin-Yang Macrobiotics”, which is about to take place on August 24th2013. At the Seminar we will discuss the importance and principles of a balance diet according to Ohsawa’s Theory of Macrobiotics.

According to the Oriental belief in Yin-Yang balance, the choices of foods and cooking styles to obtain Yin-Yang balance play a crucial role for us to maintain our physical and mental well-being, as well as to achieve success in work and happiness in life. Our Seminar will provide specific guides of food classification in according to Yin and Yang natures and cooking methods to prepare nutrient and healthy courses. In addition, participants will be offered an opportunity to experience a lunch that satisfies Yin-Yang criteria and to clarify any question about Ohsawa’s Macrobiotics.
